I’m the CEO of Global Wellbeing Group, where I lead our consulting and advisory work. You can read my official bio here, but here’s my version: I believe the fastest and most effective way to improve people’s lives is through work and the workplace.

Work shapes who we are. It’s where we grow, challenge ourselves, build relationships, and—ideally—find purpose. Because of this, organizational leaders have a profound responsibility to ensure work positively impacts people’s lives. That’s where my team and I come in.

As a former Gallup consultant, mentee of Deepak Chopra, and cancer survivor, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal passion to the field of wellbeing.
